The hotel is conveniently located near the town square mall, making it easy to explore and shop around. the rooms are clean and well, appointed, with effective AC and hot showers. the staff is helpful and efficient, even delivering breakfast to rooms before early departures. Guests can enjoy Asian, style breakfast, but also request eggs and toast. the hotel provides Wi, Fi in the lobby, and even offers a cable connection for internet access in the rooms. the location allows for easy access to the main streets of the city and transportation options like Mikrolets.
One negative aspect is that the hotel should have checked the room conditions before guests check in, as highlighted in one of the reviews.

There is also zero point next to this hotel. 9 miles away from Sam Ratulangi airport. Thanks and I do recommend this place! In love with gran central

Convenient for city break, clean rooms, great service
This hotel was a great place to stay during our city break. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the location, which was close to shops and restaurants. Plus, the hotel provided a free shuttle to the nearby attractions. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The hotel's Wi-Fi was slow and only available in the lobby. This made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

This hotel was a great find during my city trip! the rooms were really clean and had all the amenities I needed, including a powerful AC and reliable Wi-Fi. the location was perfect for exploring the city, as I was able to walk to all the main sites and restaurants.
